The Eva Longoria Foundation is involved with a number of great community projects. On September 26, 2015, the Foundation teamed up with JCPenney to host an Hispanic Heritage Luncheon and panel discussion honoring 12 young Latinas from the Los Angeles area. My assignment from PR Newswire for JCPenney was to document the wonderful day the honorees experienced.

Eva was joined in a panel discussion by actor Jaime Camil and soccer star/ESPN announcer Monica Gonzalez.

The honorees began their day being pampered getting their hair done at The Salon By InStyle inside JCPenney at the Glendale Galleria.

Next was a makeover by Sephora, also inside JCPenney at Glendale Galleria.

Then everyone moved to the Andaz Rooftop on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood for an informal discussion and tasty lunch.

After lunch, Eva, Jaime and Monica participated in a lively panel discussion about Hispanic Heritage, it’s impact on the Los Angeles area, female empowerment, and how these young ladies may get involved as community leaders.
